The exhibition “Evanescence” explores the fragility of existence and the fleeting beauty of the natural world in the face of human intervention. As nature fades away, Daro suggests that care and cultural memory can prolong what seems doomed to disappear. Created on linen and cotton canvas, his works in acrylic and spray paint play with depth and atmospheric movement.
In this series, Nout Daro blurs the boundary between the human and the plant. His faces, marked by erosion and time, seem suspended in a liminal space between life and decay. Surrounding them, lotus flowers illustrate the cycle of renewal in a palette of aquatic and earthy tones, punctuated by flashes of ochre. This fusion of forms and symbols reflects on impermanence and the profound interconnection between the body and nature.

L'exposition « Evanescence » explore la fragilité de l'existence et la beauté éphémère du monde naturel face à l'intervention humaine. Si la nature s'efface, Daro suggère que le soin et la mémoire culturelle peuvent prolonger ce qui semble condamné à disparaître. Sur toile de lin et coton, ses œuvres à l'acrylique et au spray jouent sur la profondeur et le mouvement atmosphérique.
Dans cette série, Nout Daro dissout la frontière entre l'humain et le végétal. Ses visages, marqués par l'érosion et le temps, semblent suspendus dans un espace liminal entre vie et décomposition.
